Collective years of experience
With a combined experience of over 150 years, our clinicians, therapists, and counselors reap the benefits and sow those benefits to you. We specialize in Trauma-informed care and our clinicians are trained in EMDR healing modalities. We are currently in network with Aetna, CalVCB, Cigna and United Healthcare. Covered members pay an average copay of $25-$30 depending on insurance. Please check your insurance coverage; your final copay may vary based on your coverage.
Journey of healing
In our practice, we are committed to provide evidence-based therapies, psychoeducation, clinical therapeutic services such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, and EMDR to our clients and their families who have experienced trauma and life disruptions due to mental health illness.

Together we will explore your symptoms such as feelings of sadness or loss, changes in sleep, appetite, decreased or increased energy levels, problems with self-esteem, concentration problems, fear, worry, thoughts that won’t go away, panic, disorganization, lack of time management and organization, flashbacks or other symptoms. We will help you come up with a diagnosis, learn more about your symptoms, and treat and/or manage your symptoms so that you will be able to lead a fuller and happier life.
Finding Clarity
Finding clarity can do so much for our mental wellness. It can help us understand what we need to do to rebuild or strengthen our relationships, build routines in life and find our purpose. Clarity can help us find better ways to be healthier, learn what we should expect of ourselves and what we should expect of others, and help us establish boundaries. Clarity will help bring us a sense of purpose.
Develop effective strategies to overcome obstacles
Life can certainly throw us curve balls when we are least expecting it and it can lead us to feeling overwhelmed, upset, angry, sad, irritable or stressed out. We will be there to support you. Everyone has different challenges and different solutions on overcoming these obstacles. We will help you stay centered and teach you skills to cope and ground yourself amidst life’s adversities.

We have experience in various types of trauma, mental health illness, family dynamics, diversity, LGBTQ+ issues and knowledge in evidenced based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Theory, Mindfulness, Family Systems, and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing.
