Mental Health Clinician

Attend Therapy, a licensed clinical social worker, inc. is seeking part and full time Associate Mental Health Clinicians to work fully remote telemental health positions in the state of California. We offer reimbursement for medical and dental benefits up to $300 a month for single employees and $600 a month for couples and families. We also offer 401K retirement benefits for employees, a flexible time off policy and a flexible schedule. For those that work 20 hours or more, we provide Licensed Clinical Supervision and many training opportunities including reimbursement for taking EMDR training.
Attend Therapy offers telemental health services to individuals and families. We specialize in trauma-informed care for women, people of color, survivors of sexual assault, child abuse, and other forms of trauma. We also help clients who are anxious, depressed or have attention deficit disorder. We provide Parent Skill Development as well as other groups as needed.
Requirements include the following:
Master’s Degree (MS/MA) in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or other related field.
Registered with the State Board for Licensing or have the ability to successfully obtain registration before employment begins as an Associate.
Be informed of Trauma Informed Practices and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
Have excellent reading and writing skills.
Be willing to participate in Clinical Supervision .
Have laptop that is able to connect to the internet.
High Speed Internet connection that is capable of streaming a video call.
Have quiet and private area for therapy sessions.
Have references from those in the mental health field.
Job Duties:
Conduct individual biopsychosocial assessments.
Conduct ongoing therapy appointments.
Under supervision, diagnose and treat mental health illness.
Under supervision administer psychological testing.
Monitor progress of clients.
Write treatment plans, SOAP notes, and biopsychosocial assessments.
Participate in weekly group and/or individual supervision.
